SHIPPING POLICY
All items are made-to-order and generally ready to ship within 2-3 working days. If your order is urgent, we may be able to process it more quickly - just ask and we'll inform you if that is possible.

On orders over £9.99, standard shipping is free, and on smaller orders it's £2.70.

Your order will be delivered to the address specified when payment is made. We are unable to deliver items within the same order to multiple addresses.

Small items are usually sent by Royal Mail 2nd class post, larger items are delivered by courier.
Items are usually delivered within 3-5 days after they are dispatched but could take longer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you will be pleased with any items you buy from us, if you are not entirely satisfied, please let us know so that we can try to rectify the situation.
If you are not satisfied with an item you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will only be provided for items that are returned in their original unused condition. Only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded, we are unable to refund any postage costs. It is advisable to return the unwanted item(s) using a tracked delivery service as items lost in post cannot be refunded.
Please contact us before returning any item(s).

Personalised, custom made & sale items are not returnable. If we made a mistake, please let us know & we will replace the faulty item(s).
If any item(s) arrive damaged or incorrectly made you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We may require a photograph of the defective item(s). Please do not return any defective items until you receive a request to do so. When available replacement item(s) will be supplied if this is not possible a refund will be provided.
In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is unavailable we will let you know and give you the option to wait until the item is available, change your order or receive a refund for the unavailable item.
